Policies

Reservation Policy: A 50% deposit of the total cost of reservation is required via American
Express, VISA, or Master Card credit cards. We also accept advance payment via money
order or personal check with credit card information as a guarantee. For special events, group
bookings and affairs, or reservations made 14 days or less prior to arrival, the total cost of the
reservation is charged in advance. Reservations made on the same day as arrival cannot be
cancelled. The total cost of the reservation will be charged at the time the reservation is made.

Group Reservations: Ten or more rooms require an advance payment deposit of the total charges
for the first night's lodging. This deposit must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date.
Deposit may be made by money order, check or credit card.

Cancellation Policy: A guaranteed reservation cancelled with less than 14 days notice will be
charged 10% of the first night's stay plus taxes and fees and the remainder of the reservation
will be cancelled. A guaranteed reservation cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged
the first night's stay plus taxes and fees and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled.
For special events and group bookings, a refund will be given only if notice of cancellation is
given via e-mail or in writing 14 days prior to arrival. Less than 14 days notice will incur a charge
of the first night's stay plus taxes and fees and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled
(if more than 1 night). Please contact us directly for policies on extended stays of more than one week.

Booking Fees: We do not charge any booking fees for making reservations directly with us.

Check In: Between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. For arrivals after 6:00 pm, we require the first night's
lodging to be paid in advance.

Check Out: 11:00am.

Occupancy: Generally, a room with one bed may be occupied by one or two persons. A room with
two beds may be occupied by no more than four persons. If your party consists of five or more, an
additional room or rooms must be rented to accommodate the additional people.

Children: Children of all ages welcome.

Breakfast: Complementary Breakfast is included in your room rate.

Pets: Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets.

Smoking: All rooms are no smoking.

Privacy & Security: We take your privacy seriously and work to protect you. All personal
information you provide is encrypted and secure with the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology.
